In 1986 after working in notable restaurants on both coasts Chef Claude returned to his home state of Vermont and opened Chef Claude’s Choices Restaurant and Rotisserie. The name was inspired by the wide variety of menu items and the rotisserie — imported from France.

Long time employees, Chef Tim and Dan, proudly continue the tradition of quality food prepared with fresh ingredients served in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
