In 1986 after working in notable restaurants and hotels on both coasts Chef Claude decided to return to his home state and open Chef Claude’s Choices Restaurant and Rotisserie. The name was inspired by the wide variety of menu items features and the rotisserie — imported from France.

Chef Tim and Dan proudly continue the tradition of quality food prepared with fresh ingredients served in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
