Choices Chef’s Table. A night of exceptional food, drink, and company

If you’ve been lucky enough to attend one of our Chef’s tables, then you’re familiar with how amazing the food is.  From the house made pasta, to unique vegetarian options, fusion takes on proteins, perfectly paired wine and cocktails, and topping off the experience with one off desserts made by our baker just for the evening.

It’s a night for us to show off our skills by cooking outside of the menu.  It’s a very small gathering and nice to see people making new friends. 

We’ve been trying to have one night every month, but coming up with a standalone menu of exceptional food is a lot of work in between running Killington’s longest running chef owned restaurant. 

We were hoping to add new best customers through the Chef’s table evenings, but our locals have been signing up for the next meal before we’ve even set the date or created a menu.  I suppose there are worse problems to have.
