The best place for pasta in Killington?

Why is a French cuisine influenced restaurant in Killington creating an Italian menu one day a week?  It’s an excellent question, and it stems from the lack of Italian dining options in the area as well as my love for making (and eating) Pasta.  We strive to be the best restaurant in Killington and the only way to do that is to be better than everyone else.

Our Spaghetti and our Fettuccini are made in our restaurant from scratch.  I zest the lemons and add fresh ingredients to every batch.  One taste and you know why fresh pasta is so much better than the mass-produced dry stuff served in most restaurants.  Quality matters.

If you happen to see me eating on a Thursday it’s usually spaghetti and meatballs.  They’ve become my go to.  Stop in for Italian night and be the judge.  Who’s got the best pasta in Killington?  I dare say we do.
